Ann Burgess is a consultant & master trainer at the British Council, UK along with being the chief executive of Ann Burgess Consultancy. Ann has been a head teacher for almost two decades & has also served as a local authority advisor; an Ofsted inspector; a specialist international advisor & a senior policy advisor with the British Council, UK. As a former head teacher working at schools in challenging circumstances, she has now initiated an international doctoral research on school leadership in challenging circumstances.
