Dr. Chandrika Devarakonda is a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Education and Children’s Services at the University of Chester, UK since 2005. She has worked in special schools, co-ordinated Community based rehabilitation projects in India, and with ethnic minority communities in Manchester in addition to teaching at various higher education institutions. Dr. Chandrika’s teaching work focuses on a wide range of issues such as early childhood, parent partnerships, inclusion, and diversity. She has published numerous journal articles, chapters, and books.
