Dr. Paul Downes is Associate Professor of Education (Psychology), Director of the Educational Disadvantage Centre at Institute of Education, Dublin City University & Affiliate Professor University of Malta, Centre for Resilience & Socio-Emotional Health. With over 100 publications in areas of education, psychology, philosophy, law, anthropology & social policy, he has given lectures & presentations in 29 countries. His reports on social, emotional education, early school leaving, multidisciplinary teams and bullying have been published by the European Commission.
