Dr. Petyo Budakov is the Chief Assistant Professor at the New Bulgarian University, Bulgaria. Additionally, he is a faculty at institutions in Germany, Estonia, Russia, the UAE, Kazakhstan, and Israel. Dr. Budakov is a recepient of the 2016 DAAD scholarship grant. His research interests are focused on the establishment and development of innovative and effective e-learning and blended learning strategies and platforms that move beyond the traditional e-learning approaches. Also, Dr. Budakov is part of the European project consortium — CreatINNES (An Erasmus Plus co-funded project).
