Hannah Jepson is the founder of LGBTed, a national LGBTQ+ organization in the UK that supports educators to be authentic in their schools & colleges. Additionally, she is a business psychologist & the director at Engaging for Success, UK. Her projects include delivering diversity & inclusion training; developing behavioral competency frameworks and assessment solutions; and providing organizations with support on the development of pan diversity & inclusion strategies. Hannah's academic research concerns the experiences of gay women in the workplace. She is also the lead coach for a national LGBTQ+ inclusion in education award in partnership with Leed Beckett University.
