Heather Singmaster is Director for Career Technical Education (CTE) and Global Cities Education Network (GCEN) at Asia Society's Center for Global Education where her work focuses on international benchmarking and integrating global competence into Career Technical Education (CTE or vocational) programs as well as state and national policy. Additionally, Heather leads the GCEN — a network of international cities — focused on best practice sharing in education.
