Vijay Ghei is the Visiting Professor of Design Thinking at several colleges and universities across the world and works with leaders and institutions in developing empathetic mindsets and effective pedagogies for next-gen learners. Throughout his career of over 39 years, Vijay has embraced the philosophy of Design Thinking and its application to solving real life issues. He now practises and evangelises its application for competitive differentiation, development and improvement of human-centred products and services as well as for social impact.
