OUR OUTLOOK
Essar International School carries out its responsibilities keeping in mind the following mission and vision. It aims at giving comprehensive education to its pupil which caters to their individual needs and leads to the development in the following spheres:
1. Academic proficiency leading to cognitive understanding and application thus preparing them to compete globally.
2. Emotional stability leading to lateral thinking, decision making, stamina to face challenges and perseverance.
3. Social development and imbibing of basic values in order to become better human beings who are conscious of their moral and social obligations.
4. To impart Education that enhances the intellectual ability of children to become a good economic resource to the country.
5. To mould the young impressionable minds into balanced and responsible citizens with good moral values who face life with grit and self belief.
Knowledge has no boundaries. Fine intellectuals don’t limit knowledge within the periphery of a region. Instead, they try to acquire, decipher and apply knowledge to kindle imagination and innovations in different domains or pursuits, and thus work for the common good. Qualities like empathy, responsibility, tolerance, and civic sense cannot be instilled or inculcated by mere discussions and talks. Only practicing them will help them remain ingrained in our minds forever. Amidst the social and political barriers, our young generation needs to initiate the necessary steps and mould themselves in a way that makes the world a better place to live in. We at EIS, believe that by being a part of the Global Citizenship Foundation's Council for GCED, our students will gain insight and an opportunity to explore the global curriculum and attain knowledge to obtain above objectives. More importantly, practicing 100 Acts of Global Citizenship will help them build a community that stands for humanity.
WHAT BEING A PART OF THE COUNCIL FOR GCED MEANS TO US.
